Our Click & Collect service Free and collection is available at the following stores:

You will receive an Email from us confirming when your order is ready for collection. Please do not go to store until you receive this email as your order will not be there. Click & Collect orders may take up to 5 working days to be ready for colelction as the stock you ordered may need to be tranferred between stores to the store you choose for collection. Please contact us at sales@shoeshop.ie to check if the item you want to collect is in a particular store if you need the item sooner than this.

How to use Click & Collect
- Place your order online
- Choose the option I'll collect my order instead of Please deliver to me.
- Please select the shop you wish to collect your order from.
- You will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed successfully.Please do not go to store until you receive a Ready for collection email as your order will not be there.
What happens next?
You will receive an email to inform you that your Click & Collect is ready for collection. Please do not go to store until you receive this email.
When collecting your items, you will need to bring the following:
- a copy of your order confimation email either printed or displayed on a smartphone or tablet device
- Photographic identification, we will accept a drivers licence or passport
A nominated party may collect your order on your behalf. The person must have your order confirmation and their own photographic I.D. with them.
Please inform a member of staff at your selected shop that you have an order to collect and a member of staff will bring your order out to you.
Is there a collection deadline?
Your order will be held in your chosen store for 14 days after they are ready for collection. After this time frame the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email notifying you that this order has been cancelled.
