2.Pricing & Promotions
We have used reasonable care and skill in compiling the content of our website. Although every effort is made to ensure complete accuracy, typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel an order if 1 or more goods are listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors by us or by one of our suppliers.
We will endeavour to rectify any errors as swiftly as possible. Pricing or details on the website is subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in Euros. All prices are inclusive of VAT applicable to the Republic of Ireland but do not include delivery charges. Some children's shoes are exempt of VAT. Please note that some of the products on our website have two retail prices depending on size. The price which relates to the size in these specific product will be clearly shown when you select the size you require.
Certain promotions and discount coupons may be offered for www.shoeshop.ie only. In each case this will be clearly stated on the relevant material. PLEASE NOTE ANY PROMOCODES MUST BE ENTERED AT CHECKOUT & ORDERS CANNOT BE AMENDED ONCE PLACED.
The purchase price at the time of sale is final. We cannot offer you a refund for the difference in price when the value of a product decreases after a purchase is made.
3. Ordering Goods & Availability
All the products displayed on shoeshop.ie are an invitation & not an offer to sell. An offer is made when you, the customer place an order on our website. When an order is placed on the website you will receive a confirmation email, stating that we have received your order & it is being processed. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel your order & refund any payment paid in the case of stock being unavailable in our store or from our suppliers. In some instances we may be able to obtain stock from suppliers but it may result in delivery time being delayed. In this instance we will contact you by email to advise you of the delay and the lead time for the product.
4. Delivery
Deliveries will be by an Post postal services. An Post use track and trace postal methods. Once your shoes have been dispatched you will receive a second e-mail to confirm your order has been dispatched along with a tracking number which allows you to check the status of your order on www.anpost.ie Deliveries to Northern Ireland may be sent with An Post or Fastway Couriers. We deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the U.K.
Order by 3pm for FREE FAST DELIVERY in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland on purchases over €69. This service is available on orders placed between Monday and Thursday only. We charge €5.50 on deliveries less than €69.00 in the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland.
5.Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be returned once they are purchased and cannot be exchanged for a refund or cash. We offer FREE DELIVERY on all Gift Cards. They can be personalised with a message at time of order. Gift cards purchased on our website can be used in any of our stores listed below & online @shoeshop.ie

Gift cards are treated as a form of cash and we at shoeshop.ie do not accept responsibility for Lost or Stolen Gift cards. For security reasons we reserve the right to ask for I.D. when you present your Gift Card instore.
6. Cancelling Your Order
This policy refers to online purchases only and is in line with current legislation. You may cancel your order within a 14 days cooling off period. This period begins on the day that you receive the goods. Please email us on sales@shoeshop.ie if you wish to cancel your order.
7. Returns Policy
We are happy to offer a refund if goods are returned within 14 days of purchase. This policy relates to products purchased online only. Please refer to the Returns & Exchangs policy on our website. You can return the item us by Post by using Returnmyshopping.ie or drop the item into any of our stores. Goods returned must be in its original condition and packaging (e.g. box), with returns form enclosed. The product must be unused; handbags must have their original tag attached. All returns will be inspected. We will send you a confirmation email stating that your return is being processed. The product price will be refunded by the original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale i.e. if the product is clearly marked. We are not responsible for defects arising from misuse of the products. Any products of this nature will be returned back to you.
We are happy to exchange sizes, provided the footwear is unworn. Please place a new order on the website and return your first purchase to us, we will inspect them & refund your order. Please note any orders returned to us for exchange under the value of €69.00 in Ireland & Northern Ireland & under €79.00 in the U.K. will be charged postage to resend.
If your product is defective in any way or you receive the incorrect product, Please notify us by email straight away at customerservice@shoeshop.ie wihtin 24 hours of receiving the product. We will replace or refund you for the product. Please note that we do not refund postage costs except in the case of a faulty product or an incorrect delivery & only those returned to us using An Post's returnmyshopping.ie service. You should expect to see your refund in your bank within 5 working days of receiving your confirmation email, however banks may differ. Please email us a sales@shoeshop.ie if you do not receive your refund after 14 working days of receiving our email. Any refunds will be completed by original form of payment.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. You have the right to cancel your order under the consumer contract legislation June 2014. Please refer to citizens advise for further information.
8. Faulty Products
Please contact us if you have any queries or complaints about products purchased on shoeshop.ie within a 6 month period from the date of purchase. Our returns policy does not cover goods after a 6 month period.
