How to return your online order?

Return Online Orders by An Post or Drop2Shop

We recommend that you send your order back to us using either An Post Click & Post or Drop2Shop . Both of these services will need to be organised online before taking your return to your chosen drop off location.

All returns are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure that they are securely placed inside their original box in a bag. Please also ensure that you include your returns form with order number on it.  Please note, if you go directly into the Post Office without paying for the Click & Post return online first you will be charged by weight. We are not in a position to offer compensation for extra postage cost incurred to those who do not follow the below returns procedures. Please contact us on info@shoeshop.ie if you need some help organising your return.

An Post Click & Post

To Return your order using An Post Click & Post you need to organise this return online before bringing your parcel to the post office.

Here is a step-by-step guide for you:

  1. Click on this link Click&Post or the picture above to be redirected to the An Post Click & Post website
  2. Select Shoeshop.ie (Cordners) as the retailer followed by the reason for your return and your order number.
  3. You can just continue as a guest to proceed from this page.
  4. You can choose if you wish to drop your parcel off at your local An Post office or if you would like An Post to collect it from you. Whichever suits you best! It is €4.95 to drop it off or €6 to have it collected.
  5. Please enter your personal details and click the box if you agree to An Post’s terms and conditions.
  6. Click “Confirm Drop Off/Collection” to be directed to a secure page where you can enter your payment details.

Once you have filled out the necessary information online, you will receive an email from An Post containing a label which you can print at home yourself. This email will also contain a unique barcode. You can then take this barcode along with your parcel to your nearest post office. The staff will scan this barcode and print the label for you.

If you have booked a return for collection, you don’t have to print the label as An Post’s driver will supply it.

*Please note: this service is only available in the Republic of Ireland.
