How to use your Promotion Code online?

Where To Get A Promotion Code for www.shoeshop.ie?

To keep up to date with any sales or promo codes that we have running, please sign up to our newsletter here and also check our Social Media Accounts (Facebook & Instagram). Promo Codes are not sent out weekly, they are scattered throughout the year for promotion purposes or for new customers who sign up to our newsletters for the first time. Promo Codes can be used to reduce the price of full price products only and it is up to you to enter the code at the first stage of the checkout. Each Promo Code has its own terms and conditions and they will be stated when you have been given the code.

Where To Enter Your Promotion or Voucher Code?

When you have added all your items to your basket, please head to the Checkout / Cart page and you will see a list of items in your basket. At the bottom of your listed products, you will see your Sub Total and Order Total Value. Between these two headings, we have a yellow box with the words "Click Here If You Have A Promotion or Voucher Code To Use". You will need to enter the code exactly as it was given to you and hit Apply Code. Please ensure there are no spaces before or after the code. Also please make sure the letters I & O are not mixed up with the numbers 1 and 0. Please see the image below for more details.

Please note once you have placed your order and payment has been processed we cannot go back and refund the discount if you forget to enter your code. 

Why am I now being charged for delivery?

Promo codes are only valid on the cost of the shoes and not on delivery charges. If by using your discount code your order value goes below €69 a delivery cost will be incurred. 

I forgot to enter my promo code?

Once you have placed your order and payment has been processed we cannot go back and refund the discount. The promo code can be used up until the expiry date. If you are unsure of the expiry date please email sales@shoeshop.ie 

My Promo Code does not work?

• You can only use one code per order.
• Please check when you receive your code, what the conditions are as some may only be valid for certain items. For e.g Promo codes cannot be used on sale item or shoe care & Gift Cards.
• A small number of exclusions apply please email sales@shoeshop.ie to check a particular item. Eg Another Trend & School Shoes
• If your promo code has not expired please email sales@shoeshop.ie with the promo code you are trying to use. One of our team members will check this for you and get back to you as soon as possible.
